Styles of hearing aids
Hearing aids come in different styles. There are six different styles of hearing aid: Behind-the-ear (BTE), Receiver-in-the-ear (RITE), In-the-ear (ITE), In-the-canal (ITC), Completely-in-canal (CIC) and Invisible-in-canal (IIC). Audiologist would fit a hearing aid that is most suitable to the hearing aid user, according to his/her preference and degree of hearing impairment.
