How hearing aids operate?

The main components of a hearing aid are the microphone(s), processing chip, amplifier and receiver. The hearing aid collects sound through the microphone(s), then converts it to digital signals and sends it to the amplifier. The signal is processed and strengthened by the amplifier. The amplified signal is finally sent to the ear of the hearing aid user through the receiver.
