2.  Make appointment with an audiologist

3.  Otoscopic examination

4.  Hearing Assessment

5.  Free trial on demo hearing aid with 3 performance levels (self-pick) for 1 week

6.  After trial, return the demo hearing aid and make purchase decision

7.  Ear impression will be taken in case a custom-made ear mould or shell is required. The manufacturing time will be around 1-2 weeks

8.  During pick-up session, further fine-tune, operational training and maintenance of hearing aids and accessories will be provided.

9.  Make appointment with your audiologist for regular follow-up visits to conduct hearing aid checkup.
